Born in Belgium and now living in Plakias – Crete since 2005.  At the age of 21 she came out on a holiday to Plakias where she bought a ticket for the boat trip to Preveli Palm Beach. That day captain Tasos was on duty and stole her heart. She decided to stay forever in her new home Plakias, where they had the ‘big fat Greek wedding’ ánd were blessed with two little girls, Marilena and Nefeli.

Today Lisa works in the office for Plakias Boat Tours and manages the social media channels. Her passion is designing art pieces and jewelry with findings from beaches. You can look into the exclusive designs on Instagram under the name ‘Lisa & the Beach’

She has transformed the office in a stylish concept store, called  The Lagoon,  where guests can buy exclusive Greek fashion items, small interior pieces, beach wear and her one of a kind, coastal inspired jewelry.  Together with Tasos they accommodate right next to the office, luxurious beachfront suites: The Lagoon Suites
